On September 19th, Shanghai Ruijing Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuanjing Energy Co., Ltd., officially signed a 13MWh energy storage project with Jiangsu Huaxi Village Co., Ltd.'s special chemical fiber plant.

On September 19th, Shanghai Ruijing Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuanjing Energy Co., Ltd., officially signed a 13MWh energy storage project with Jiangsu Huaxi Village Co., Ltd.'s special chemical fiber plant.

The energy storage project is located in the West China Special Chemical Fiber Plant area and will be equipped with two sets of 6.5MWh smart liquid cooled energy storage systems with higher energy density cells and an intensive system design. The project covers an area of only 465 square meters and adopts a two charge and two discharge strategy, charging during peak hours and discharging during peak hours. It is planned to be completed and connected to the grid by the end of this year. According to calculations, the project can save nearly 4 million yuan in electricity costs annually after completion, helping West China Chemical Fiber further reduce costs and increase efficiency, and achieve higher quality development.

Yuanjing Energy is a globally renowned wind turbine manufacturer and also a well-known energy storage system integrator in the industry. In 2022, it ranked fifth in the domestic market and seventh in the global market. It has rich project cases in energy storage application scenarios on the source side, grid side, and user side. Shanghai Ruijing, as the general contractor, will provide full process services from design to grid connection for the Huaxi Chemical Fiber 13MWh energy storage project.
